This Key Stage 2 Phase Leader / Primary Teacher position is the perfect opportunity for an experienced primary phase leader to transition into a similar lead role and help play an integral part in an improving school. You will be required to deliver good/outstanding teaching at Key Stage 2 preparing pupils for the imminent transition from KS2. In addition to this, you will be expected to support Newly Qualified Teachers in parallel year groups with planning and preparation. The role attracts a TLR for leadership and you will be encouraged to take on additional TLR tasks in the following academic year.
