We are looking for a Corporate Sales Consultant to join our Sales Team in Edinburgh. In order to do this, we're looking for target driven, ambitious and self-motivated sales people with excellent interpersonal skills to join our successful sales team. Ideally you will have sales experience or none at all, we're looking for individuals who believe they have what it takes to work for one of the most prestigious names in the industry.
Your will be responsible and accountable for :
Delivering the amount of monthly new member sales that has been agreed with your General Manager and Corporate Sales Manager, professionally and in line with the sales process set out in the Successful Selling Course and within the Corporate training.
Pro actively promote the sale of corporate membership inline with the corporate strategy. This involves tasks that seek out new opportunities - prospecting, cold calling, networking, presenting and building relationships with the overall aim to generate incremental sales for the club.
To conduct a thorough needs analysis to all prospects on the phone or in person using a mix of profiling, probing and high value questions to identify the real motive and incentive for joining, recording this information.
Provide correct information to prospective members and clients regarding the clubs facilities, programming, policies and prices, in an efficient and professional manner.
Communicate where necessary with prospects, business and organisations by face to face meetings, phone, e-mail or letter.
Ensure all marketing materials used to promote the corporate benefit is relevant, up to date, correct and on brand.
Keep a up to date and detailed corporate file, holding a company profile sheet for each agreed company/organization with contact details, notes of last conversation and advance. Along with third party companies and competition information.
Feeding back to the Corporate Manager qualified potential opportunities, buying trends and market conditions.
Ensure that all recruited new members are booked into a minimum of 2 'Maximise Your Membership' activities from the activity menu.
Prepare and implement a monthly corporate Activity Calendar in order to generate awareness of the club within the local catchment area. To include on and off site activity.
Be a valuable member of the DLL team supporting the Sales and Membership Manager to ensure the club achieves its new membership sales target.
Achieve the minimum standards of activity in relation to completed telephone calls, club tour appointments and sales.
In conjunction with the Sales and Membership Manager, ensure that any relevant reports defined by the Ways of Working are correct and up to date along with a summary of corporate NMS and Pipeline and a projection for the month/quarter ahead.
Ensure the membership system fields comply with the David Lloyd Standard and Operating Procedures are updated and in order at the end of each day.
Adhere to the David Lloyd membership sales systems and procedures.
Adhere to the Sales & Membership Policy.
Ensure all David Lloyd Membership Terms & Conditions are thoroughly understood and are clearly communicated to both prospects / members.
