PERMANENT POSITION - 1063/3 Grill / Line Chef Lymington Permanent, 45hrs per week Salary: £18,000 per annum Our client, a reputable Hospitality venue based in the beautiful setting of the Lymington in the New Forest is looking for a Grill / Line Chef to join their kitchen brigade. To be considered for this role you will have previous experience working within a volume based, catering environment in a similar position and be confident in all aspects of the kitchen. This role for Grill / Line Chef is based on 45 hrs per week with split and straight shifts, including some weekends and working within a company that offers great benefits to its staff. The ideal candidate will be passionate about being in the kitchen, confident in preparing and cooking to high quantities and able to work well within the kitchen brigade in a fast-paced, busy environment.
