Are you an experienced Assistant manager from the Hospitality industry? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity working within 2 branded units? Are you flexible on working hours and willing to go that extra mile? If so we have an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic and expanding organisation the UK Travel Hospitality industry. Our client have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant manager to join their management team. You will work closely the Hospitality and Deputy Manager to assist with the management of 2 branded hospitality units within the Airport. You will manage a team consisting of supervisors, BOH and FOH team members ensuring they work to the highest standards. You will constantly look to improve, develop and grow the business. Your main objective will be to deliver an excellent service, maximise profit and minimise costs. The Ideal candidate will have: • Previous assistant management experience within a branded Hospitality business • Be flexible with working hours and days as this is a 7 day operation • The ability to lead and motivate employees • The Ability to provide the guests with excellent customer service MAIN RESPSONSIBILITIES - To provide professional, efficient and polite customer service at all times -To ensure food and beverages are prepared and served to a high standard - To support in the management 2 food units on a day to day basis (one high turnover and one lower volume) -To ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained by having effective cleaning schedules and routines in place - To ensure that the store meets the Airport standards and requirements - Supporting management to achieve store budgets/targets In return you will work for a dynamic, ambition business within the Travel hospitality industry who will provide you with a very good starting salary, ongoing training and support for career progression, plus lots of benefits, free meals, free parking or discount travel, up to 50% off duty free and access to discounted goods and services
