Reporting to the Spa Manager and working as part of a busy team, as a Spa Therapist you will focus on providing the ultimate quality focused client experience. Your main responsibilities and duties will include, although not be limited to; * Undertaking full assessment of clients’ requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered. * Carrying out reception duties and meeting clients arriving at the Spa. * Promoting products and services in line with the Spa’s allocated financial target and own personal sales target. * Answering all incoming telephone enquiries and taking bookings. * Arranging and attending Spa promotional events including external events to increase brand awareness. * Sharing ideas as part of the team to deliver new or improved services to increase revenue streams and client experience. * Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained. * Communicating with clients via email detailing special offers and events. * Updating client information on the computerised database. To be considered for a role of Spa Therapist you MUST have the following experience, skills, and attributes; * Minimum level 3 attained in Beauty and Massage, along with experience of working in a similar role. * Team player with a can do approach to work and willing to assist colleagues in the smooth running of the Spa. * Professional, polite, customer focused. * Excellent communication skills both oral and written. * Basic IT data input skills and knowledge of using Microsoft Outlook for emails. * Excellent organisation skills. * Flexibility to undertake other duties as required. In return; You will be part of a successful and growing team at one of the most prestigious Hotel and Spa’s in North Wales. Hours of Work: Flexibility is required to meet business needs with potential of full time hours or part time if preferred on an ongoing basis. Hourly Rate: £7.00 per hour increasing to £7.20 per hour from April (for age 25+). Location: Deganwy (Conwy County, North Wales).
