Freelance Site Manager - residential development - Chelmsford, Essex - 95 New Build Houses - Rates: £210 - £250 per day Working as a number one Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process. Reporting into a visiting contracts Manager your duties will include: Overseeing quality of all subcontract packages and liaising with Quantity Surveyor Coordinating weekly and monthly schedules Health & Safety management including RAMS Upkeep of daily site diaries Liaison with local authorities Liaison with sales office and purchasers Conducting site progress meetings The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a new build environment.
