The directors have over 20 years recruitment experience each and are billing consultants too, as they believe leading from the front. What will you be doing? As the Recruitment Consultant you will be required to undertake a complete 360 role from partnering existing clients and yes this would be a hot desk but also you will be required to bring on new business and source your own candidates. Other responsibilities will include, writing Job Ad,s and updating Social Media as and when required What can you bring? You will ideally have 1-2 years recruitment experience from an agency environment already and from the IT space too. You will be able to provide evidence of your billings and be perhaps looking for a business, where you can run your own desk, not be KPI driven and eventually become a manager as the business grows.
