Salary: £17,000 - £20,000 Industry - Recruitment, Marketing, Media Location: West Midlands/Warwickshire (Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Coventry, Warwick) Do you have strong experience in an administration role? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to start a career in recruitment? The Role: This is a new opportunity for a graduate to join a leading agricultural recruitment organisation to work alongside the recruitment manager in growing team. With a focus on resourcing for candidates and supporting the recruitment process, the role will incorporate previous acquired skills from a strong administration background. Responsibilities: Our client is looking for someone who will take a pro-active approach towards following new leads, and continuing excellent customer service for existing clients and candidates. Working to promote their services, you will be responsible for a number of clients and co-ordinate allocating work placements between clients and managers. Administration is a strong feature in this role, particularly when keeping record of placements and client requirements, so a high level of organisation, dedication to completing tasks and being confident in the service you are providing is essential. Whilst supporting members of the recruitment team, you will ensure that the organisation is always represented to the highest standard. You may occasionally be required to carry out market research, as well as promoting the organisation`s services to industry contacts, whilst working with different members of management to organise and attend events. Some travel may be required within the UK and Europe. Essential Skills/Experience: - Good working knowledge of the agricultural industry. - Full driving licence, and have the use of your own vehicle. - Educated to degree level in relevant subject. - Strong administration background. - Flexible and enthusiastic individual. - Excellent IT and superb interpersonal communication skills required. - Attention to detail and a high standard of customer service. - Able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team. Desirable Skills/Experience: - Previous experience in a recruitment role. - Good working knowledge of the agricultural industry. - Experience of Digital/Social Media through marketing and advertising.
