Job Description:

I am currently looking for a Senior Complaints & Patient Safety Manager to work with a NHS Mental Health & Community Health Trust in the North West. The successful candidate will need to have experience working in a NHS setting specialising in Complaints, Patient Safety or Quality. Day to day duties include: - Clearing small complaints back log - Clearing SI's using RCA tools - Competent using Datix - Improving patient safety and complaint process & policies - Creating board reports - Draft complex reports - Conduct thorough investigations into SI's & Complaints using appropriate methodologies - Working with Head of department to improve overall structure The candidate will ideally have worked in a NHS Mental Health or Community Health Trust.
