Job Description:
Title: Telesales Operations Analyst Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 basic + 15% bonus Location: Hammersmith Our client is a trail-blazing education business which was founded in 2012. After buying out one of the UK's leading online professional training provider. With over 30,000 active students, they combine the proven experience of the category leader with the commercial understanding and connections of a progressive private equity group In this newly created position working for the Sales and Operations Director, you will be tasked with understanding and optimising our telesales activities. The role demands good communications skills because you will hold a pivotal role that sits between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Training that helps them work better together. You will work closely with your manager to learn the role so you need to be technically adept and bright. It is likely, but not essential, that you will have a strong maths/sciences academic background with a good degree. This role is an ideal step up for someone with strong analytical capability who wants to get closer to the front line and really make an impact on the business. Duties & Responsibilities Identify and project manage business improvement opportunities within sales and marketing operation Manage capacity planning and scheduling to planned levels Work proactively with your line manager and the Sales Team Leaders to ensure holidays, absences, new starters, leavers, etc are factored into your calculations Coordinate closely with the FP & A team to establish reporting requirements and process improvements Work with the Training manager to analyse individual performance and identify training needs Deliver a predictive semi-automated lead allocation process Evolve current tracking and reporting tools to improve overall performance Act as the traffic controller for all enquiries into the business and their allocation to the right sales people in the right quantities for the best outcomes Experience & Skills Degree level education A proven background in commercial analysis and/or performance improvement An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Advanced Excel SQL programming, at least to a basic level Familiarity with the call centre environment and how it works, including working directly with a Sales organisation Understanding of project management & process improvement methodology is highly desirable Working knowledge of CRM and telephony systems
