The Candidate - Development Chef: - We are looking for a passionate and creative Development Chef who can develop new and delicious recipes. - Your background will either be as a Development Chef, working for a food manufacturer, or as a Head Chef, working for a highly-regarded restaurant. - Either way, you will be able to demonstrate innovation in your work. - You`ll need to have excellent food presentation skills with the ability to articulate and communicate your ideas at all levels in this customer focused role. - As well as having a strong creative flair and the ability to encourage creative thinking within a team, you must also be commercially aware and enjoy keeping up to date with new food trends. The Role - Development Chef: - You will responsible for the development of new and delicious recipes based on innovation and customer briefs. - Supporting idea generation and innovation forums - Working alongside NPD Project Managers and Process Development to prepare high quality presentations - You will work closely with customers to bring brand new concepts to the table.
