We are looking to recruit a motivated Deputy Manager for a dynamic branded fresh food restaurant in Milton Keynes. Our client is offering a competitive salary of between £24,000 and £25,000 per year, bonus and very high tips, company benefits and rewards. Your role as a Deputy Manager will include: • Working alongside the GM to ensure FoH operates smoothly • Motivating yourself and your team to deliver great service • Some financial responsibilities preferred including knowledge of P&L's • Planning staff rotas • Lead the team in the Manager’s absence • Observing hygiene, health and safety guidelines The successful Deputy Manager will have: • A background in a branded restaurant or gastro pub chain • Management experience in a high volume unit • At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role • Knowledge of financial responsibilities • Dedication and passion for the job • Ability to work under pressure • A great personality All candidates will be required to demonstrate their right to work in the UK.
