Job Description:
My Client is a very progressive business which although it would be described as an SME in relation to size, it is owned by a larger organisation which is reflected in its ambition and the calibre of people employed. This role will sit on the executive management team and will be responsible for: *Supporting the CEO and other keyboard members. *Creating a strategic HR road man and strategic plan which will be able to support the business through a sustained period of international growth. *Leading a small HR team which will be embedded within the country specific business units. *Strategic, but tactically able to deliver results which creates a best in class HR platform able to compliment the business functions and contribute to the business success. You will need to be able to demonstrate: *The ability to transition and successfully make the change from a corporate environment to that of a SME sized organisation. *Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong stake holder relationships. *That you can be hands on but are immediately credible to a high calibre executive, chairman and non-executives. This role will attribute to someone who knows "what good looks like" -but wants to work in a smaller environment which naturally brings you closer to the business.
