Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen with Adecco for a 1st Line support for a busy service desk within the public sector. Duties will include dealing with incoming incidents in a professional and courteous manner over the phone and via email and Internet. Duties will also include logging tickets, dealing with 2nd and 3rd line teams and keeping users up to date with progress of the incident. Experience in incident management , supporting customers using Internet and HTML and excellent Customer Service skills is desirable but not essential. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an understand and experience in: - Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues - Configuring and Troubleshooting Start up Settings - Use Remote Desktop/Assistance Hourly Rate: £9.10ph Hours: Shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday Interested?
