Job Description:

Our Client: Our client is one of the top 3 FM businesses in the UK with a strong reputation across the blue chip corporate sector. They are seeking an experienced TFM manager to oversee the head office site for a FTSE 250 business and manage other smaller corporate offices. Role details: • Oversee all TFM service delivery across a portfolio of sites on the M4 corridor • Deliver exceptional customer service to the client and work in a partnership approach • Lead the local FM strategy working with the account director • Manage on site teams for hard and soft services and projects • Drive efficiencies and minimise operational risk including promotion of a ‘service’ culture • Proactively manage all H+S for the sites ensuring all legislation is adhered to • Hold monthly management meetings with senior client contacts • Oversee the supplier management relationships for the sites including reviewing of KPI’s Requirements: You will have a strong TFM background and proven experience of managing corporate head office environments is essential. You will also hold IOSH or NEBOSH and strong client and team management skills with a ‘best in class’’ approach is important for the role.
