We are looking for an experienced, dynamic General Manager to join our client's luxurious, newly renovated Gastro Pub. You will oversee the complete pre-opening and running of the restaurant, bar and events space so effective management is imperative for success, and to maintain a great relationship between guests and staff. We need someone who understands luxury and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service at all times. We also need someone with pre-opening experience as you will be training a new team to work alongside you. What skills do you need? You will have been a General Manager in a restaurant, preferably rosette standard, or a Gastro Pub. You'll have to be well organised, efficient, and have great all-round hospitality experience. You will be knowledgeable and passionate about food, drinks, service and managing and motivating your team to be the best they can be. Other Requirements We don't want candidates that change jobs every year or less. You must be nice, friendly and approachable too.
