Juice Hospitality are looking for Hosts to join an exciting new gastro café located in the new flagship Terminal 2 Heathrow Airport. Full Time Permanent Positions x 40 Hours per week at £6.50per hour. As a member of the waiting service team will be responsible for the following: - To meet and greet customers in a friendly, enthusiastic and positive manner. - Ensuring they are seated quickly and efficiently and are introduced to a waiting service member who can then serve food to specific orders, quickly, accurately and without waste. - To promote the image and services of the client so that maximum growth occurs through great customer service. You will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service and be knowledgeable in all aspects of menu and our clients philosophy imparting this to both customers and staff. Working airside in the busy Terminal 2 venue you'll not only have to take on the duties of the role but also be responsible for understanding airside protocol and security. You will take a responsible role ensuring your team adhere to these protocol too. We'll be thrilled to provide the training you need to progress a career in the vibrant hospitality industry.
