Location: Berkshire (Near Maidenhead) Salary: Generous from £25k+ Competitive Benefits Venue: Luxury Michelin Restaurant. We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie/ or Junior Sous ready to make the next move to a develop under a Head Chef who is enthusiastic and offers some excellent benefits. We are working with one of the regions best employers and offering an opportunity to develop an exceptional chef career. This client is a luxury operation and able to offer fresh Michelin level food in an exclusive environment under the guidance of an extremely well known Executive Head Chef. We are looking for someone who would be willing to work as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in our clients busy Michelin operation, in a brigade of approx. twelve working in a kitchen offering fresh, modern michelin food with an innovative twist. This venue is owned by a well known chef, popular on TV/Radio. You would be putting yourself in a position to gain a lot of experience from this personality as well as his trusted key members of staff. Your working hours will be five days out of seven. The Chefs in this brigade usually work 8.30am - 10.30pm with a split between 3pm-5pm. This is a super opportunity for someone who wants to work for a strong environment and simply within the best in the industry and a position offering generous salary and benefits
