The Head Chef will have full autonomy with regards to the menu and running of the kitchen.The pub has a fabulous reputation in its local area and has the scale for substantial growth in the hands of the right Head Chef. As well as looking at existing Head Chef's this is a Fabulous opportunity for a Sous Chef looking for that next step up, the role also has the potential to 'live in' at the premises which will add to the already attractive package. Our Client are ideally located within Lincolnshire on a busy high street and are easily accessible from Stamford, Grantham and Peterborough.
