Vehicle Technician Location: Bristol, Avon Salary: £20-23,000 basic + £27,000 OTE (Dependant on experience) My Client, one of the fastest growing automotive groups in the South West, is looking for an experienced Technician to join their dedicated, hardworking team. About the role – your main responsibilities would include: • Detecting and diagnosing faults • Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines • Accurately and skilfully undertaking the repair and servicing of motor vehicles • Working with other departments in the retailer to facilitate the servicing and repair of vehicles • Fulfilling all tasks to the customers’ complete satisfaction • Helping the retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency About you – the ideal candidate will have: • Level 3 Motor Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent (essential) • Experience working in a branded car dealership • A genuine enthusiasm for the motor trade and the job at hand • A passion to deliver a high standard of work • An eye for detail and accuracy • A positive and self-motivated approach The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, a pension scheme, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, employee discounts, full funded training and opportunities for career progression.
