As one of the leading privately owned agri-businesses in the country our clients have a well invested and diversified farming business throughout the midlands. They are looking for an experienced livestock professional to assist in this newly created position where you will be responsible for providing cover across a number of rearing and laying farms. Reporting to the Agriculture Manager, the Relief Farm Manager will take responsibility for the day to day management of one of a number of poultry farms. It’s a hands-on role so the Farm Manager must be comfortable running all elements of the business from good poultry husbandry to the coaching and development of all farm workers. To be suitable for this role, candidates much have good people management skill and flexible to deal with the changing nature of working at different farms from day to day and week to week.
