A high-growth business in Cheshire are looking to recruit a dynamic, career-driven Finance Graduate to become an important part of their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of analysis and insight, to support in decision making in line with the business objectives. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to; * Present findings and insights accurately and clearly * Handle large volumes of data * Work closely with the IT team and other Commercial functions * Bring anomalies and in-efficiencies in current operations to light * Challenge senior management on how to successfully resolve these * Forecast future trends and highlight key business risks Key skills required: * Relevant previous work experience in a commercial environment * Ideally studying towards or looking to study towards professional finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA/AAT) * A Numerical Degree is preferable (1st class or 2.1) * An analytical and insightful mind * Familiar with Excel * Eager to work alongside other departments of the business away from Finance * Passionate and eager to progress You can expect a competitive basic salary, of £18,000 in addition to full study support towards a CIMA qualification, as well as constant opportunities to progress
