I.T Systems Support Analyst £35,000 per annum Croydon Greater London Monday – Friday Days This company is an established materials manufacturer who have carved themselves an excellent name in their industry, due to modern developed production techniques and excellent team ethic in their multiple manufacturing sites. We are now looking for a I.T Systems Support Analyst to join a developing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated IT support professional looking to take their next step with a growing, innovative business that's a world leader in its field. Within a friendly, fast-paced and busy environment, you'll have the chance to tackle a wide range of IT challenges and projects. As a Systems Support Analyst, you will be tasked with providing IT support to end users via the telephone, remotely and in person. Reporting into the Systems Support Manager, you will accurately log the details of any incoming calls and help to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues. You'll proactively monitor the network infrastructure and take corrective actions when necessary. Developing in-depth knowledge of our client's IT and service environment, you'll take full ownership of IT issues and projects. Your other duties will include: - • Maintaining accurate documentation, writing procedures and providing user training. • Helping to manage the LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, VLANs and Cisco VOIP systems • Providing end user support for mobile devices To be considered for this role, you must have at least two years' experience in an IT support role gained within a commercial environment, ideally at a helpdesk. As a Systems Support Analyst, you must have strong communication and problem solving skills, as well as a team player mentality and a great eye for detail. Whilst not essential, a degree or a Microsoft certification, such as an MCSE or MCSA qualification would be beneficial to your application.
