Our clients are seeking an Assistant Factory Manager for their site near Faversham. You need to have fresh fruit experience as you will be helping to run a Fruit Packing House. Knowledge of fresh fruit (top fruit) is essential as well as the ability to manage people, processes and procedures. You need to have knowledge of Health and Safety, Quality Control and people management. Requirements: 1. You must have worked within a similar fruit packing environment. 2.
