Unit Manager Location: Belvedere Area, Kent Salary Circa: £30,000 - £32,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hard working Unit Manager to join a lovely Care Home in Kent. The home is part of a fantastic Care Organisation. This particular home specialising in providing Nursing and Residential care for Elderly clients. I am looking for a Unit Manager with a wealth of knowledge who can hit the ground running. As the Unit Manager you will be in charge of the Nursing unit,You will report to the Home Manager and work closely with the staff, It will be your job to ensure all clinical and support staff are providing a high standard of care, you will also be part of the management team so you would be expected to take responsibility when other management team members are absent.
