We are looking for an extremely focused and driven individual with a proven background in the technologies detailed below to work within our Network Operations Team. • Essential experience – 3 years+ of Level 2 / Level 3 support in the skill sets defined below ideally from an MSP/Cloud background, or another area of the IT Support spectrum. • Qualification(s) Needed – CompTIA A+ or MCDST and MCITP (Desktop & Server) or MCSE + Additional Specialism (for example Messaging, SQL Server). Optionally CCNA or CCNE. 3rd Line Support Engineer - Technical Skills: • Windows Desktop OS. • Windows Server 2003/8/12. • Exchange 2003/7/10/13. • Office 365/ Azure. Personal Skills: • Outstanding customer facing skills. • Excellent problem solver. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. As part of our Network Operations Team you will deal with customer faults that are escalated from the 1st and 2nd line team and delegated by the Technical Director and Service Management Team. The role is office based but will require travel for on-site rectification and project work at our customers’ sites. You will be located within 40 miles of Keynsham and have a full UK driving licence (no convictions). You will be working on a shift pattern between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday and we will need you to be able to work flexibly to support projects which are necessarily often scheduled over weekends or evenings and be available for emergency response on evenings / weekends as may be required.
