We have exciting opportunity has for a Customer Service Executive to join a well established company based in Leicester. As the Customer Service Executive you will assist in the busy sales office, providing support to customers and colleagues, along with general office duties. As the Customer Service Administrator your role will involve: *Order processing and creating production job bags *Answering the telephone *Point of contact for customers *Dealing with a wide range of customer requests and enquiries *Liaising between customers and the production department *Supporting external sales team To be Successful as the Customer Service Executive you will have: *Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous *Positive enthusiastic approach *Strong communication skills *Proven excellent customer service skills *Professional manner *Strong problem solving skills *Ability to be flexible and work under own initiative *Excellent IT skills *Own transport is essential This role would suit an experienced Sales Administrator, Customer Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant.
