An innovative design and manufacture company are looking for a highly technical Product Support Engineer to contribute to the maintenance of a product that is revolutionising medical technology. As a Product Support Engineer you will be responsible for the internal and external machine builds, upgrades, reworking, and repairs of the company`s electro-mechanical products. Suitable Machine Support Engineers will have excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills, and will understand how machines work to be able to successful repair them. Key Duties: - You will build and upgrade company machines in line with engineering drawings and specifications, as well as all relevant QMS requirements - You will fault-find and diagnose to address any identified issues and support root cause identification activities for the successful resolution of problems - This role would involve occasional customer site visits to provide any necessary field support to support field deployment of company products - This role would suit very technical Product Support Engineers as you will assemble and dis-assemble components and sub-systems Requirements: - We are looking for Product Support Engineer with an Engineering qualification or professional experience achieving similar competency - You will have practical, hands-on experience building / repairing / testing complex electro-mechanical products (through education or experience) - You will need an understanding / awareness of mechanical, electronic, and software engineering principles - Exposure to fluidic, hydraulic, pneumatic or sensor technologies would be beneficial Role: Product Support Engineer Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) Key skills: Test, diagnostics, repair, fault-finding, assembly If you are interested in this position, or other similar roles, please click ‘apply` or email your CV in word format to sidonie@enterpriserecruitmentDOTcom, quoting reference 10559SR.
