Estates Hand Tunbridge Wells and Multiple Sites in Kent £17,000 - £20,000 + Full Benefits Package About Our Client A rapidly expanding and multi-award winning Leisure Group based in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This role provides superb opportunities to develop and progress your career. Job Description This is a superb opportunity for both existing and aspiring Estate Workers, from graduate level to experienced Estate Hand, to work within the gardens, grounds and buildings of prestigious sites in and around Tunbridge Wells. This role involves horticultural practises – including the use of a wide range of equipment and machinery, and general building maintenance. Your duties will include but not be limited to the following Maintain the grounds on multiple sites to the standards specified by Estates Supervisor Implement planting schemes in accordance with working drawings. Plan, organise and implement own scheduled work, unscheduled work and projects as required by the Estates Supervisor. Maintain machinery and equipment in clean and safe working order or to organise its repair. Implement all Health and Safety practises and procedures required by legislation or company policies. Implement maintenance works within the grounds or buildings as instructed by and under the direction of the Estates Supervisor. Carry out monthly emergency lighting tests, record information and notify any problems. Operating Environment: Within the gardens, grounds and buildings of multiple sites owned and operated by the Group. The Estate Worker is required to adhere to all organisational policies, procedures and systems. The successful applicant will have: Experience and work based training in horticultural practises Proven capability in using a wide range of equipment and machinery. Experience in general building maintenance. What's on Offer: Competitive base salary of £17,000 – £20,000 based on experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package
