Being established over many years they are now expanding seeking an Estimator – with a background within commercial landscape, values from £50k-£1 million,average Interaction with clients and staff is a priority to continue the company’s growth with the highest levels of client service and efficiency. Experience in materials, understanding of drawings, cost development, working to budgets and scheduling along with much commercial awareness is paramount for the ideal candidate. · Experienced in Commercial Landscape estimating · IT Literate, specifically word, excel, PowerPoint, the company has its own in house systems · Full clean driving licence · Ability to work under own initiative. · Able to work to deadlines. Individuals must have a full driver's licence. Salary basic circa £35-40k
