An experienced Financial Accountant who has previously managed their own workload and dealt with IFRS, FRS, UKGAAP, VAT and Corporation Tax is required on a fixed term contract basis for ten months for an international company that specialises in automotive in the Warwickshire/Coventry area. The Financial Accountant will have the following responsibilities: * Preparation of monthly UKGAAP accounts * Responsible for overseeing annual audits * Preparation of annual statutory financial statements * Monthly VAT returns * Prepare monthly nominal ledger hournals * Monthly and quarterly analyses * Annual transfer pricing calculations * Annual RandD tax credit claims * Bank reconciliation The ideal person will * Have previous Financial Accountant experience * Have excellent communication skills * Be able to work to strict deadlines * Be confident addressing all levels of staff * Professional The Financial Accountant must be experienced in providing full comprehensive Financial Accountant support to a busy department.
