Job Description:

Based in Newcastle City Centre, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm this thriving Insurance company is looking to recruit Claims Handlers to join their growing team. As an experienced claims handler you will use your technical expertise to manage motor claims resulting from RTA's to settlement. You would manage a portfolio of 250+ cases at any one time and be experienced with Credit Hire (both GTA and non-GTA). Personal injury experience will be necessary as you will handle these through the New Low Value P/I Claims process (portal). Ideally, the handler will also have a working knowledge of the litigation process and RTA. It is essential that you have gained relevant experience in the insurance/ legal sector, have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to gather and record information accurately. Ideally you will also have a working knowledge of the litigation process and RTA.
