Our Client are a Specialist Residential Children Home Provider who look after Children with EBD needs from the age range of 10-18. About you: * Experience of working with young children with challenging behavior * Knowledge of how to support Young Children or EBD Needs * Compassionaite and understanding of complex needs * Able to work within a team environment * NVQ Level 3 in Children Care * Driving Licence able to Drive * Knowledge of Childrens Safeguarding Applicants will need to be aware that this role will require Shift work and Sleep In. Successful Candidates will also be subject to a Full Enhanced DBS Check prior to starting employment
