London Teaching Pool is currently seeking to recruit Support Workers to work on an exciting new community project in Essex County Council, providing care and support for Adults with Learning disability and those with Mental Health Needs. This is a seven day service with shifts available from Monday to Sunday, with flexible working hours, including waking night, sleep in and community care. The project has opportunities for reliable, experienced and compassionate individuals with career progression routes, which means as the company grows, you grow with it. If a candidate does not have experience, training will be provided We cover areas such as, Chelmsford Colchester Harlow Epping Braintree Brentwood Braintree What we expect from you: To provide high standards of support to service users in the community, including assistance with, escorting, budgeting and shopping Assist with Meal preparation To be reliable, punctual and excellent duty of care Previous support experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
