They are keen to recruit a talented and resourceful individual to administer several of their key product lines' interaction with online shops such as Amazon and Ebay:

Role:

• Build and maintain a central product and marketing database
• Data gather and scrape content from various sources, including suppliers
• Upload and effectively maintain E-commerce platforms to maximise sales, including Amazon
• Conduct price comparison exercises
• Complete customer new line forms promptly and accurately
• Supply imagery to customers upon request
• Collate and maintain an image library
• Manage asset portals including for external and internal customers
• Ensure all customer material and electronic filing structures are consistent and in-line with agreed meta data

Skills:

• Can manage large amounts of data effectively and accurately
• Proactively scrape and gather data and content from potential sources
• Highly proficient with excel
• Uses own initiative to suggest changes and enhancements
• Highly proficient with Amazon and other similar platforms
• Ability to multi task and communicate well both verbally and written
• Can manage their own workload and have more than one project on the go at any one time
