Job Description:

Trainer & Client Support Specialist - £30,000
London

This position requires an employee to be able to successfully conduct product and technology training on my clients Vendor Management system for both internal and external users. They will also provide support to Client Services on an adhoc basis.

Key Training responsibilities

*Able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
*Plan, develop, and provide training using methods such as web led, classroom training and demonstrations with support of the EMEA Client Solutions Team.
*Ability to support the implementation team to deliver training requirements within a project and apply project methodology to plan correctly.
*Attend meetings to obtain information for use in training programs, or to inform management of training program status.
*Assess client training needs through focus groups, surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers.
*Analyze training needs to develop new training, or modify and improve existing programs.

Key Client Solution responsibilities

*Understand EMEA client business process and tools usage in order to improve technology and services in each client.
*Work with other Client Solutions employees to understand short, medium and long term product wants and needs from the client base.
*Assist in identifying specific client needs will need structured project support and help apply a streamlined process to manage.
*Ensure that for any more complex Client Solutions tasks the right resources are applied to ensure success.
*Assist in managing team workload through regular client and team updates.
*Help the Client Solutions Team identify, evaluate and appropriately introduce new product or services to clients

Key Skills and Attributes

*Must have a training qualification
*Experience leading classroom training, webex online and one to one sessions
*Fluent PC skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, customer service skills and problem solving skills essential.
*Proven customer service experience
*Keen interest in technology
*Recruitment, E-recruitment or other business and technology background.
*Fully proficient in the standard Microsoft Office packages, Visio desired.
